Molding Operator – 3rd Shift (Night)

About the role

The Injection Molding Operator works the third (night) shift to run and monitor injection molding machines, ensuring that plastic parts are produced efficiently and meet quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Load plastic tubes onto the injection molding machine and activate the cycle.
• Unload finished parts from core pins at the end of each cycle.
• Maintain target cycle times and monitor machine performance.
• Visually inspect finished parts for compliance with quality specifications.
• Package completed parts for shipment.
• Keep the equipment and work area clean and organized.

Required profile

• Hand‑eye coordination and basic math skills.
• At least six months of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions with wrists, fingers, and forearms.
• Willingness to work the 11 pm – 7 am schedule, Sunday through Thursday.
