MES Solution Architect Manager (AVEVA)

About the role

We are seeking a Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Solution Architect Manager to join our Supply Chain & Network Operations team. In this role you will guide senior leaders through MES strategy, translate business needs into technical designs, and deliver high‑impact digital solutions that enhance supply‑chain performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discussions with senior executives on MES strategy and solution options.
• Gather and analyse business requirements, then convert them into functional MES specifications.
• Collaborate with technical architects to design scalable, future‑proof MES architectures.
• Perform functional and technical analysis, research, and design for MES implementations.
• Deliver complex projects in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Promote knowledge sharing, address client challenges, and contribute to innovative MES practices across the practice.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing execution systems or related industrial IT domains.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Demonstrated capability to lead projects, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
