Experienced Retail Merchandiser in Victoria, TX

About the role

We are looking for an experienced retail merchandiser to join our field team in Victoria, Texas. You will support in‑store merchandising programs on a project‑by‑project basis, handling planograms, audits and point‑of‑sale material placement.

Key responsibilities

• Complete all types of resets, from simple shelf updates to full aisle changes, following planograms accurately.
• Perform audits, place and maintain POP and POS materials, pull and plug products, and handle other merchandising tasks as needed.
• Use a smartphone to enter data, submit detailed surveys and upload high‑quality photos live while in the store.
• Communicate clearly with store staff and take full responsibility for the assigned area, ensuring work is completed on time.

Required profile

• Proven experience with resets and general merchandising.
• Comfortable with technology and able to use Android or iPhone devices with reliable internet access.
• Organized, dependable, self‑motivated and able to plan ahead to meet deadlines.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and ability to stand, bend, lift boxes up to 40 lb.
