Account Manager – Remote (US)

About the role

Job Duck is looking for a proactive Account Manager to act as a trusted advisor for our US‑based clients. You will build long‑term relationships, understand client goals, and ensure they receive maximum value from our partnership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead launch sessions with new clients, set expectations and align on goals.
• Manage first‑week follow‑up processes to guarantee successful onboarding.
• Conduct regular client check‑ins, assess satisfaction and uncover evolving needs.
• Provide proactive support during onboarding and trial phases.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Maintain accurate documentation of notes, updates, risks and opportunities.
• Drive client retention, identify risks and address concerns early.
• Identify and pursue account growth opportunities aligned with client objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, client relations or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Professional telephone etiquette and high attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and adapt quickly.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools.
• Reliable remote workstation (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet ≥ 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload).
• Quiet, distraction‑free home office.
