Experienced Recruitment Consultant

About the role

JCW Search is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to drive full‑cycle recruiting for governance, risk and compliance (GRC) clients. You will work in a hybrid setting, supporting both permanent and contract placements across a range of sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 360° recruiting for mid‑senior to executive level candidates.
• Generate new business (hunting) and expand existing client relationships (farming).
• Act as a consultant to both clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth hiring process.
• Earn uncapped commissions on successful placements.

Required profile

• Proven agency recruitment experience, preferably in GRC, compliance, risk or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of revenue‑generating experience within the sector.
• Demonstrated new‑business development skills, including acquiring and growing client accounts.
• Competitive, goal‑driven mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
