About the role

We are seeking an experienced Millwright to join our industrial manufacturing facility in the Davenport, IA area. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing heavy industrial machinery on a full‑time basis.

Key responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery.
Perform precision alignment of rotating equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Use rigging equipment for heavy machinery installation.
Conduct preventative maintenance tasks.

Required profile

Minimum 3 years of millwright or industrial maintenance experience.
Experience in the steel industry is a plus.
Hands‑on experience with rigging and moving heavy equipment.
Own set of hand tools.

What we offer

Hourly pay $35‑$42 based on experience.
Full‑time W‑2 employment with benefits including medical, dental, vision, weekly direct‑deposit pay, and paid time off.
