Electrical Automation Manager

About the role

Rinvio is seeking an experienced Electrical Automation Manager to lead and support electrical, controls, and automation activities in a manufacturing environment near Davenport, IA. The role focuses on plant reliability, safety, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support electrical, controls, and automation work across multiple industrial sites.
• Coordinate troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, PLC/HMI support, equipment reliability, and project prioritisation.
• Collaborate with maintenance technicians, electricians, operations, engineering, vendors, and leadership.
• Maintain plant safety, uptime, documentation, training, root‑cause analysis, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in industrial electrical, automation, controls, or maintenance.
• Strong communication skills across departments and ability to align work with production needs.
• Dependable, safety‑mindset, organised and comfortable in fast‑moving plant operations.
• Reliable transportation to the Davenport, IA area.

What we offer

• Pay range $52‑$65 per hour, based on experience.
