About the role

Rinvio is seeking an Automation Tech / PLC Tech to support industrial automation in the Davenport, IA market. This full‑time, W‑2 position offers hourly pay based on experience and provides hands‑on work with plant control systems.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, sensors, instrumentation, control panels and automated production equipment.
• Support downtime response, preventive maintenance, control changes, documentation updates and startup activities.
• Collaborate with electricians, mechanics, engineers, operations staff and vendors to resolve automation issues quickly.

Required profile

• Experience with PLC, automation, industrial controls or manufacturing maintenance.
• Hands‑on troubleshooting using Allen‑Bradley, Siemens, HMI, VFD, instrumentation or similar platforms.
• Ability to read schematics, work safely around production equipment and communicate clearly with plant teams.
