Executive Coach – Temporary Virtual Role

About the role

Kelly is seeking a seasoned Executive Coach to work on a temporary, fully virtual basis. Reporting to the VP of People Strategy & Experience, you will act as a strategic advisor to C‑suite executives and senior leaders, helping them improve performance, leadership effectiveness, and overall enterprise impact.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑impact 1:1 and team coaching for C‑suite and senior leaders.
• Administer and interpret psychometric and leadership assessments such as Hogan and MBTI, translating results into actionable development plans.
• Partner with HR and executive leadership to align coaching initiatives with business priorities, workforce strategy, and succession planning.
• Design and govern an enterprise‑wide coaching strategy that ensures scalable, consistent, and equitable delivery.
• Lead leadership and organizational effectiveness projects, including culture transformation and change management.
• Deliver data‑driven insights on leadership capability, engagement, and organizational health.
• Mentor internal coaches and advise stakeholders on best practices.
• Stay current on emerging research, industry trends, and innovative coaching methodologies.

Required profile

• Advanced degree in industrial/organizational psychology, organizational development, or a related field.
• Extensive experience coaching C‑suite executives and senior leaders, preferably in a consulting or advisory capacity.
• Proven ability to translate assessment data into strategic development interventions.
• Strong analytical skills to generate insights that inform leadership decisions.
