Event Operations Coordinator (Onsite)

About the role

Fever, a global platform for culture and live entertainment, is hiring an Onsite Coordinator for its Event Operations department. You will be on the ground at events, coordinating staff and keeping the experience running smoothly, from ticket validation and device inventory to flow control and customer service. The role suits someone with a process-oriented mindset who thrives in fast-paced environments.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage on-site event staff, making sure each person is trained in their duties such as validating tickets and following Fever policies.
• Manage event inventories of devices (PDAs, computers, POS terminals).
• Control the validation system and devices (Fever Partners App).
• Control the flow of people across the experience, avoiding bottlenecks, crowding and long queues.
• Handle onsite payment devices and accounts for food and beverage and merchandise.
• Resolve customer complaints with appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies, and go the extra mile to engage customers.
• Report daily to Fever managers on event status, including pre- and post-event findings, feedback and incidents.
• Act as the point of contact between partners, production and onsite staff, representing the Fever brand and knowing its culture, brand and policies.

Required profile

• Fluent English.
• Desirable: prior event coordination experience.
• Excellent face-to-face communication skills.
• Highly organized and efficient, with strong time management.
• Problem solver who thinks strategically on site, learns from mistakes and gives constructive feedback.
• Collaborative, decisive and willing to get hands dirty on all event tasks.
• Availability to work rotating shifts (09:00-18:00 / 09:30-18:30), including weekends as scheduled.
• Must be able to work in the event country: either a citizen or resident permitted to work, or holding a work visa/permit.
