Event & Lifestyle Coordinator – Solana Lakewood

About the role

The Lifestyle Coordinator supports daily community operations to boost resident retention. Working closely with the Community Manager and Sales Consultants, this role assists with move‑ins, creates resident programs, and contributes to sales and marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents, provide comfort while they wait, and assist with tours as needed.
• Answer phone calls, route inquiries to the appropriate team member, and follow up on service requests.
• Maintain the guest suite schedule, ensure proper payment and cleanliness, and coordinate loading dock/elevator usage for move‑ins and move‑outs.
• Document package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours.
• Prepare amenities for tours and resident use.
• Develop and execute innovative events, services, and programs in amenity spaces, including outcome measurement.
• Maintain up‑to‑date information on local restaurants, shops, and services; foster relationships with concierge vendors and local businesses.
• Monitor the Lifestyle email account, ensure timely responses, and promote events, programs, and services.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with community staff and external vendors.
