Leasing Consultant – Solana Lakewood

About the role

The Leasing Consultant will execute the property’s marketing, leasing and renewal strategies for the Solana Lakewood community. You will guide prospective residents through the leasing process, support resident satisfaction throughout the lease term, and proactively manage lease renewals in line with best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals, including greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, credit screening, and preparing lease and move‑in packages.
• Collect all pertinent information from prospective residents at move‑in and record it appropriately.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, collaborate on short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and implement concessions or specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities and events, including resident referral and employer outreach programs, to drive traffic to the property.
• Utilize the CRM system and conduct data analysis to manage leads and track performance.
• Collaborate with the Lifestyle Coordinator to enhance resident engagement and satisfaction.
