Part‑Time Groundskeeper

About the role

The Carnahan Collection is seeking an entry‑level part‑time Groundskeeper to maintain the community’s outdoor spaces, amenities, and curb appeal. You will work closely with the service team to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect and clean common areas, removing litter, debris, and pet droppings throughout the day.
• Remove trash and items from vacant apartments before the make‑ready process and transport waste to designated areas.
• Pull out and return trash and recycling containers on scheduled pickup days.
• Maintain sanitation in trash rooms and ensure pool gates and locks function safely.
• Distribute resident notices and communications as needed.
• Report hazards and safety concerns to supervisors promptly.

Required profile

• Ability to lift up to 50 lb with assistance and 25 lb independently.
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Required skills

• Safe use of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
