Estimator – $28–$32/hr

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Front‑End Estimator / Customer Service Representative to be the primary point of contact for customers in a fast‑paced collision repair shop. You will write estimates, guide customers through the repair process, and support insurance partners and the shop team.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary CSR for the shop and build strong customer relationships.
• Greet customers, manage incoming calls, and write accurate walk‑in and UPD estimates.
• Communicate with customers, insurance adjusters, and vendors; email estimates within 24 hours.
• Schedule repairs, guide customers through each step, and use CCC estimating software efficiently.
• Maintain detailed notes, follow insurance guidelines, assist with supplements, and support daily production meetings.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience as a collision estimator, insurance appraiser, or front‑end CSR.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.

Required skills

• CCC estimating software (including P‑Pages and rate guides).
• Microsoft Word.
• Microsoft Excel.
• Microsoft Outlook.
