Equity Trader - AI Trainer

About the role
We are seeking an experienced equity trader to help train and evaluate AI assistant models that support finance professionals. Working remotely as an independent contractor, you will apply your finance expertise to improve the reasoning and accuracy of AI‑driven chatbots.
Key responsibilities
- Review and refine AI assistant answers on macro‑economic trends, corporate finance, and capital‑markets topics.
- Test models with complex, real‑world scenarios and edge cases to assess their logical consistency.
- Provide clear, structured feedback on model outputs to guide iterative improvements.
- Measure progress of AI chatbots and report on performance metrics.
Required profile
- Fluent English (native or bilingual).
- Strong background in financial analysis, modeling, and data analysis.
- Detail‑oriented with the ability to evaluate reasoning and accuracy.
- Advanced degree (MBA or higher) preferred but not mandatory.
