Equipment Finance Sales Executive

About the role

Our client, a bank‑owned equipment finance company, is expanding its sales team and looking for experienced Equipment Finance Sales Executives to drive growth in key markets across Texas, Kansas City, St. Louis and Memphis.

Key responsibilities

• Meet or exceed individual and corporate revenue targets.
• Generate qualified leads through direct prospecting, relationship development and referral partnerships.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with customers, vendors and referral sources in your territory.
• Educate customers and partners on financing solutions and the company’s value proposition.
• Collaborate with underwriting, operations and funding teams to ensure smooth, timely deal execution.
• Serve as a trusted industry resource for customers and partners.

Required profile

• Proven success in equipment finance sales with an established book of business.
• Experience structuring equipment finance transactions ranging from $200K to $5MM.
• Strong ability to build rapport, earn trust and close business.
• Self‑motivated, energetic and able to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
