Drain Sales Advisor

About the role

Join Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning as a Drain Sales Advisor, combining technical expertise in residential drains and sewers with sales skills to provide solutions for homeowners.

Key responsibilities

• Perform residential sewer camera inspections and interpret findings.
• Explain camera results and recommend repair, replacement, or excavation solutions.
• Identify sales opportunities and close deals with homeowners.
• Document findings, recommendations, and customer information accurately.
• Collaborate with plumbing and drain teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Experience with residential drain, sewer, or plumbing systems.
• Previous in‑home sales experience (strongly preferred).
• Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to homeowners.
• Self‑motivated, performance‑driven, and able to work independently and as a team player.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and ability to pass background screening.

Required skills

• Operating and interpreting sewer camera equipment.
• Strong understanding of residential drain and sewer systems.
• Plumbing license (a plus).
