Epic Clinical Informatics Analyst – Immediate Start

About the role

The Clinical Informatics Systems Analyst II supports the operation and administration of clinical information systems across a large, multi‑regional healthcare network. Working with minimal supervision, you will ensure that applications run smoothly, align with best‑practice workflows, and enhance patient safety.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Clinical Informatics and technical teams to drive strategic goals and standardize workflow processes.
• Develop, test, implement, support, and maintain assigned clinical applications and related business processes.
• Provide incident, change, and problem management following ITIL processes.
• Deliver end‑user support for upgrades, new releases, and functionality enhancements.
• Communicate system changes, downtime procedures, and workflow updates to clinical staff.
• Foster relationships with ministry leadership, Information Services, Quality, Case Management, Revenue Cycle, and Finance.
• Prioritize and implement updates and requested changes to clinical information systems.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of healthcare operations and clinical practice.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of compliance issues related to clinical information systems.
• Commitment to delivering courteous and effective customer service.
