Registered Nurse – Outpatient Neurology Clinic

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time, day‑shift Registered Nurse to join our Outpatient Neurology Clinic in Tyler, Texas. The RN will provide direct patient care, coordinate treatment plans, and support a multidisciplinary team delivering advanced neurological services.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver patient‑centered nursing care using the nursing process for a designated panel of outpatient neurology patients.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions in collaboration with physicians and allied health staff.
• Document care accurately in the electronic health record and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans, medication administration, and follow‑up care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain a safe clinical environment.

Required profile

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or equivalent.
• Current Texas RN license in good standing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification obtained within 14 days of hire.
