EPIC Architect

About the role

Revecore helps hospitals recover revenue by integrating with Epic systems to streamline underpayments, denials, and complex claims workflows. The EPIC Architect will design and implement data retrieval solutions that bring Epic data into Revecore’s platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Determine optimal methods to retrieve claims, payments, remittance/EOBs, billing information, documents, and other revenue‑cycle data from Epic.
• Extend Revecore’s FHIR‑based Epic integration to additional client environments and use cases.
• Leverage Epic APIs, FHIR, Clarity/reporting, extracts, applications, and automation to feed data into Revecore workflows.
• Identify and apply Epic capabilities not currently used by the team.
• Create repeatable, scalable retrieval processes for multiple health‑system clients.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and implementation teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Required profile

• Deep, hands‑on Epic expertise focused on data access, integration, interoperability, and automation.
• Extensive knowledge of Epic Resolute Hospital Billing and/or Professional Billing.
• Relevant Epic certifications and formal Epic training.
• Recent experience with Epic APIs, FHIR, Clarity/reporting, extracts, and integration projects.
• Ability to design repeatable, scalable retrieval processes across varied client configurations.
