About the role

Bechtel is seeking an experienced Environmental, Safety & Health (ESH) Trainer to strengthen the safety culture across its projects. The role involves designing, delivering, and managing comprehensive training programs that support regulatory compliance and best‑practice methodologies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver ESH training curricula for project staff and contractors.
• Conduct risk assessments, inspections, and monitoring to identify training needs.
• Maintain training records, data management systems, and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with environmental scientists, safety professionals, and industrial hygiene experts to ensure consistent messaging.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve program content.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of environmental, safety, and health regulations and standards.
• Proven ability to convey technical information to diverse audiences.
• Experience in developing instructional materials and conducting classroom or field training.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
