Entry Level Warehouse Associate/Racker – 1st Shift

About the role

Join Nico Products as an Entry Level Warehouse Associate/Racker on the 1st shift. You will prepare customer parts for the metal‑finishing process, ensuring they are securely racked, inspected, counted, packaged and ready for production.

Key responsibilities

• Count and verify customer parts before processing.
• Attach parts to specialized racks according to work instructions and quality standards.
• Inspect, package and prepare parts for plating and downstream operations.
• Support production teams throughout the facility by handling parts movement and documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all safety and chemical handling procedures.

Required profile

• Reliable attendance and punctuality; production depends on daily presence.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing setting with heat, humidity, dust, noise and chemicals.
• Team‑oriented yet accountable for individual tasks.
• Willingness to attend an in‑person interview in Minnesota and relocate if currently outside the state.
