Service Technician

About the role

Join a growing dealership team in a clean, temperature‑controlled environment where you will service vehicles and help maintain the highest standards of automotive repair in the Carolinas.

Key responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order efficiently and in accordance with dealership policies.
• Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment, including test drives.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems.
• Communicate directly with Service Advisors to inform customers of any additional service needs.
• Complete online multi‑point inspection reports and execute warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience as an auto technician.
• Knowledge of all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and good customer service orientation.
• Team player with the ability to learn quickly.
• Valid driver’s license.

Required skills

• Use of diagnostic tools and electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Computer literacy for online inspection reporting.
