Entry Level Warehouse Associate/Racker - 2nd Shift

About the role

This entry‑level position supports metal‑finishing production by preparing, racking, and handling customer parts on the 2nd shift (3 PM‑1 AM, Monday‑Thursday). The role offers a $24/hour starting wage, a $1,500 signing bonus, and overtime as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Count and verify customer parts before processing.
• Rack parts to specialized racks according to work instructions and quality standards.
• Inspect, package, and prepare parts throughout the facility.
• Support production flow by ensuring parts are correctly positioned and protected.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in a manufacturing setting.

Required profile

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
• Comfortable working in heat, humidity, dust, noise, and chemical environments.
• Team‑oriented yet accountable for individual tasks.
• Willingness to attend an in‑person interview in Minnesota and relocate if currently outside the state.
