Plater / Line Operator – 2nd Shift

About the role

Join a metal‑finishing production line as a Plater/Line Operator on the 2nd shift. You will operate equipment, follow work orders and ensure parts are processed safely, accurately and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Operate an assigned metal‑finishing production line and monitor tanks, temperatures, chemistry and timing.
• Read and follow work orders, SOPs and process sheets; make routine adjustments within established procedures.
• Inspect parts throughout the process for quality, perform basic calculations and measurements, and complete production paperwork.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area, follow safety procedures and use required PPE.

Required profile

• Consistent attendance and punctuality for a 10‑hour shift.
• Ability to read, understand and follow written instructions and SOPs.
• Comfort with basic math, measurements and troubleshooting when something looks wrong.
• Willingness to work independently after training while adhering to procedures.

• Starting pay $28.00‑$30.12 per hour plus differential overtime.
