Entry Level Warehouse Associate / Racker – 1st Shift

About the role

We are looking for an entry‑level Warehouse Associate / Racker to join our metal‑finishing production team on the first shift. You will prepare customer parts for plating by securely attaching them to racks, and support the flow of production throughout the facility.

Key responsibilities

• Count and verify customer parts before processing.
• Rack parts according to work instructions and quality requirements.
• Inspect, package, and prepare parts for shipment.
• Support production activities across the plant, including assisting with material handling and inventory tasks.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in a setting that may include heat, humidity, dust, noise, and chemicals.

Required profile

• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
• Comfortable working in an active manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to adhere to mobile‑device policies and safety procedures.
• Available for an in‑person interview in Minnesota and, if needed, relocation plans.
