Entry Level Recruitment Consultant

About the role

Phaidon International, a multi-award-winning talent partner backed by private equity, is recruiting an entry-level, full-time recruitment consultant in Charlotte with a November start. The role sits within one of its six specialist brands and offers a base salary of $45,000 plus uncapped commission, with first-year OTE of $70,000-$80,000.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with hiring managers and business leaders across your specialist sector, from Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, and negotiate agreements.
• Headhunt mid-to-senior and executive-level professionals through proactive outreach and relationship building.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from introductions and interviews through offer negotiation and post-placement support.
• Use the firm's tools and data to track market trends and sharpen your outreach.

Required profile

• Ambition, confidence and clear communication, with professionalism and a strong work ethic.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, or 2+ years of experience in a sales environment.
• Resilience and ownership of your own results, with consistent daily activity.
• No recruitment experience required.
