Entry Level Recruiter

About the role

GPAC is seeking motivated individuals to join its fast‑paced recruiting team. As an Entry Level Recruiter you will help match candidates with client opportunities, contributing to both client success and your own professional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates.
• Partner with clients to fill urgent positions.
• Connect qualified candidates to open roles and facilitate placements.
• Utilize recruiting tools and materials to source and screen candidates.
• Cold‑call, qualify, and prepare candidates and clients for interviews.
• Assist in negotiating job offers and conduct reference checks.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High outbound activity to source clients and candidates.
• Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone.
• Integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset.
• Effective negotiation abilities.
• A degree is preferred but not required.
• Successful completion of GPAC training.
