Entry Level Recruiter

About the role

GPAC is looking for an enthusiastic entry‑level recruiter to join its fast‑paced, commission‑driven team. You will help match candidates with client openings, contributing to both the candidates' career growth and the firm’s success.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates.
• Partner with clients to fill urgent positions and connect them with qualified candidates.
• Utilise recruiting tools and materials to source, screen, and prepare candidates for interviews.
• Cold‑call, qualify, and negotiate job offers on behalf of candidates and clients.
• Conduct reference checks and assist in the negotiation of job offers.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High outbound activity to source clients and candidates.
• Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone.
• Integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset.
• Effective negotiation abilities.
• A degree is preferred but not required.
• Successful completion of GPAC training and ongoing coaching.
• Entrepreneurial, goal‑oriented, and competitive spirit.
