About the role
We are seeking an energetic, motivated individual to join one of our retail partner locations as an Entry Level Management Associate. No prior management experience is required – you will receive full training to coach a team and drive sales.
Key responsibilities
- Support daily retail operations and assist with customer escalations.
- Practice sales conversation skills to boost sign‑ups and drive performance.
- Coach, motivate and develop a team of Sales Consultants.
- Lead by example through strong customer service and sales results.
- Help build a positive, team‑oriented culture focused on growth.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn coaching.
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
- Good organizational and problem‑solving instincts.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
