Entry Level Canvasser – Flexible Field Sales

About the role

Join Rose Roofing & Restoration as an Entry Level Canvasser, the front‑line representative who connects homeowners affected by severe weather with our roofing professionals. Work outdoors, set your own schedule, and earn based on performance while learning the fundamentals of a high‑earning sales career.

Key responsibilities

• Walk designated neighborhoods impacted by recent severe weather and start friendly conversations with homeowners.
• Identify homeowners interested in a complimentary roof inspection and introduce them to the Sales Manager.
• Assist homeowners with the information needed to begin the insurance claim process.
• Maintain a presence in the field from roughly 11:00 AM until dusk, reporting your planned hours each week.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, reliable, and professional.
• Comfortable striking up conversations with homeowners while canvassing.
• Enjoy working outdoors and being on your feet for several hours a day.
• Willingness to learn and an entrepreneurial mindset.

What we offer

• $15.00 per hour plus performance pay of $100–$200+ per day, uncapped earnings.
• Flexible hours with the ability to set your own schedule.
• Transportation provided for field shifts (11:30 AM–8:00 PM).
