About the role

Join California Behavioral Treatment Center as a Behavioral Interventionist providing one‑on‑one ABA services to children and adolescents. This entry‑level position includes paid training and offers a supportive, culturally responsive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy to children and adolescents in home and school settings.
• Implement and follow behavior intervention plans and collect progress data.
• Assist in developing treatment programs for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Required profile

• High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred).
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Pass TB test, criminal background check, and fingerprint clearance.
• Spanish speaking ability strongly needed.
