Behavior Interventionist – Part‑Time ABA Services

About the role

Join California Behavioral Treatment Center as a Behavior Interventionist providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with developmental disabilities across Los Angeles County. You will work directly with clients in home, school, and community settings, supporting their growth while honoring cultural identity.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Support ABA treatment programs in home and school environments.
• Assist in developing treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Required profile

• High School Diploma (required).
• Bachelor’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Child Development, Education, Communication Disorders, Sociology or related field (preferred).
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Pass TB test, criminal background check, and fingerprint clearance.
• Spanish speakers strongly encouraged to apply.

Required skills

• Deliver one‑on‑one ABA therapy.
• Implement and follow behavior intervention plans.
• Accurately collect and document client data.
• Collaborate with clinical team to support treatment programs.
• Assist in creating individualized programs for ASD.
