About the role

Join California Behavioral Treatment Center as an Autism Support Professional, providing one‑to‑one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with developmental disabilities across home, school, and community settings.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver individualized 1:1 ABA therapy focusing on communication, social, and self‑help skills.
  • Implement behavior intervention plans and collect accurate data on each child’s progress.
  • Document performance, track outcomes, and adjust strategies as needed.

Required profile

  • High school diploma (required); higher education in ABA, psychology, or related fields preferred.
  • Valid California driver’s license with reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass TB test and background/fingerprinting clearance.

  • Negotiable hourly pay ranging from $22 to $26 based on experience and education.
