ABA Behavior Technician

About the role

California Behavioral Treatment Center is seeking compassionate individuals to provide one‑on‑one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder. This part‑time position offers a pathway to full‑time work and the chance to make a meaningful impact on families in Los Angeles County.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions in home and school settings.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Assist in developing treatment programs for children with ASD.

Required profile

• High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred in Psychology, Child Development, Education, or related field).
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Pass TB test, criminal background check, and fingerprint clearance.
• Spanish speaking strongly needed.
