Entry-Level Assembler Technician

About the role

Full Circle Recruiting is seeking dependable and motivated entry-level assemblers to join its manufacturing team in Albuquerque. Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required, and training is provided. The position is full-time.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble parts and components according to work instructions and specifications.
• Use basic hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks.
• Follow drawings, diagrams and assembly instructions.
• Inspect completed work for defects and quality issues and perform basic measurements.
• Maintain accurate production documentation.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE, and keep the work area clean and organised.
• Meet daily quality and production expectations and assist with other manufacturing duties as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• No previous manufacturing experience required.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, with strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work as part of a team.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
