Cheese Packager I

About the role

Agropur is hiring a Cheese Packager I in Jerome, Idaho. The Cheese Packager I packages product while following safety and quality requirements, and keeps the packaging, casing, brine and dry storage areas clean and sanitary. No experience is required; on-the-job training is provided.

Key responsibilities

• Packaging product in line with safety and quality requirements
• Safe operation, sanitation and maintenance of equipment
• Maintaining the packaging room, casing room, brine room and dry storage in a clean and sanitary way
• Assisting with changing mold sizes and cleaning up the cheese molder and cooker/stretcher as needed

Required profile

• No experience required; on-the-job training provided
• Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec
