Entrepreneurship & AI Innovation Instructor

About the role

The Institute for Entrepreneurship (IFE) seeks a dynamic, high‑energy lead facilitator to run a five‑week, full‑day, in‑person Entrepreneurship with AI Incubator for high‑school students. This intensive summer program combines project‑based learning with AI‑assisted tools to help students launch real‑world, tech‑enabled ventures.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a cohort of rising 10th‑12th graders through a fast‑paced, high‑intensity learning experience.
• Manage and direct multiple teaching assistants throughout the program.
• Facilitate whole‑group instruction, breakout sessions, and team‑based startup work.
• Maintain energy, pacing, and engagement across long instructional days.
• Ensure each team delivers a validated business concept, functional MVP, and final pitch within five weeks.

Required profile

• Extensive facilitation experience with large, dynamic groups.
• Strong entrepreneurial background and applied AI fluency.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor high‑school students in venture creation.
• Experience managing teaching assistants or similar support staff.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with AI‑assisted tools for startup innovation.
• Familiarity with project‑based learning methodologies.
