Enterprise Solutions Engineer - West Coast

About the role

Resolve AI is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to partner with Account Executives and drive complex enterprise sales cycles on the West Coast. You will act as the technical lead, delivering demos, proofs‑of‑concept, and ensuring successful deployments of our autonomous AI Production Engineer platform.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to manage end‑to‑end enterprise sales cycles from discovery to close.
• Lead product demos and technical evaluations, translating customer challenges into actionable solutions.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with customers throughout pilots and deployments.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to relay feedback and influence roadmap decisions.
• Develop reusable demo environments, playbooks, and sales engineering tools for scalable GTM motion.

Required profile

• 5+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or a similar customer‑facing technical role, preferably in enterprise SaaS, DevOps, or AI.
• Proven success leading consultative sales cycles with enterprise customers and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communicator able to present technical concepts to both technical teams and executive leadership.
• Adaptable self‑starter thriving in fast‑paced, early‑stage environments.

Required skills

• Experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes and cloud‑native environments.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and infrastructure automation.
• Understanding of security and compliance best practices in cloud‑native settings.
