Enterprise Solutions Engineer – East

About the role

Oak is building an AI‑native Identity Operating System and needs a senior Solutions Engineer to act as the technical backbone of its sales motion. You will partner with Account Executives to demonstrate Oak’s platform to CISOs, IAM engineers, and compliance leaders at large enterprises.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical discovery calls to map prospect identity stacks across on‑prem, cloud, SaaS, and custom applications.
• Deliver customized product demos that showcase Oak’s identity graph, access reviews, JIT requests, and lifecycle management for humans, non‑human identities, and AI agents.
• Design and execute Proofs of Value (POVs) and respond to RFPs/RFIs and security questionnaires.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to craft technical strategies and remove deal blockers.
• Provide feedback from prospects and customers to Product and Engineering teams.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or Sales Engineer in cybersecurity or identity (IAM, IGA, PAM, or related).
• Strong working knowledge of IAM/IGA concepts such as JML, access reviews, and RBAC.
