Enterprise Sales Engineer (AI‑Driven Pre‑Sales)

About the role

Omnea is looking for an Enterprise Sales Engineer to lead AI‑enhanced pre‑sales activities for large enterprise customers. You will act as the technical authority throughout the sales cycle, shaping demos, proof‑of‑concepts and RFP responses with the help of AI while ensuring technical accuracy and relevance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical discovery sessions with prospects to understand their finance and procurement workflows.
• Direct AI tools to generate first‑draft demo environments, PoC configurations and initial RFP answers.
• Validate and refine AI‑generated artefacts to ensure they address security, approval hierarchy and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product and Customer teams to move deals from signed to live.
• Become the trusted technical advisor for prospects, guiding them on how Omnea’s platform integrates with ERPs, CLMs, GRC and AP automation solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise pre‑sales or sales engineering, preferably in finance, procurement or related SaaS domains.
• Strong understanding of modern enterprise procurement stacks (ERP, CLM, GRC, AP automation).
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Comfort working in a fast‑growing startup environment and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of enterprise procurement and finance software ecosystems.
• Experience building and customizing technical demos and proof‑of‑concept environments.
• Strong analytical judgment to assess AI‑generated content for technical accuracy.
