Retail Sales Associate – Mobile Devices

About the role

This position supports retail sales by engaging customers, demonstrating mobile devices, and recommending services that fit their needs. You will use digital tools to showcase product features and help customers through the onboarding process.

Key responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in serving customers and providing personalized product and service recommendations.
• Use digital tools to demonstrate product features and network benefits during interactions.
• Complete required training on retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Assist customers across channels, addressing their questions and ensuring a seamless shopping journey.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to support the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Competitive hourly base pay of $17 plus $5 training pay, guaranteed $20/hour inclusive of incentives.
