Commercial Associate – Enterprise Sales

About the role

Omnea is building an AI‑native platform that transforms enterprise procurement. As a Commercial Associate you will join the flagship Go‑to‑Market program, own a territory from day one and work alongside senior sales leaders to close enterprise deals.

Key responsibilities

• Own a market territory, prioritize accounts and develop a winning strategy with a senior sales leader.
• Participate in a sales bootcamp to learn pitching, positioning and closing techniques.
• Build and nurture relationships with C‑suite executives through targeted events and dinners.
• Drive new business by managing qualified deals and supporting senior leaders on late‑stage opportunities.
• Take full ownership of a revenue line and meet a defined sales target.

Required profile

• Proven high‑performance in a demanding environment (e.g., startup, competitive sport, rigorous academic program).
• Strong competitive drive and desire to move quickly.
• Natural ability to build relationships and community networks.
