About the role
The Salesforce Enterprise Product Lead will design and execute the organization’s Salesforce strategy, ensuring alignment with business processes and objectives. This senior position drives digital transformation, oversees implementation initiatives, and continuously improves Salesforce solutions for operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise application strategy, including buy‑build‑customize analyses and roadmap maintenance.
- Lead multiple large‑scale Salesforce initiatives, overseeing implementation, modernization, integration, and automation efforts.
- Mentor and develop a high‑performance IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Engage with business leaders to align applications with value‑creation opportunities and monitor stakeholder satisfaction.
- Manage the enterprise applications portfolio, prioritizing projects based on strategic fit, ROI, and risk.
- Ensure reliability, availability, and performance of applications through best‑practice lifecycle management.
- Maintain vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and align vendor roadmaps with business goals.
- Oversee risk, compliance, and budget management for enterprise applications.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing enterprise applications.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation and large‑scale IT projects.
- Experience with Salesforce deployments across multiple modules.
- Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills.
- Authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship available.
