ENT Sales Representative - Knoxville, TN

About the role

Stryker is hiring an ENT Sales Representative in Knoxville, Tennessee, a field-based position promoting and selling Stryker ENT products to meet customers' needs. The role involves product demonstrations in operating rooms and offices, territory tracking and close collaboration with the Regional Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell Stryker ENT products and conduct product evaluations in operating room and office settings
• Track territory progress and report findings to the Regional Manager, pushing to exceed goals
• When onsite with clients, solve product problems and explain proper use and maintenance to doctors, nurses and other staff
• Maintain and manage sample inventory and assist customers when needed

Required profile

• 5+ years in an outside sales position (medical-related fields or B2B sales preferred) or a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university plus 2+ years of outside sales experience preferred
• Approximately 20% travel, with a valid driver's license and ability to drive an automobile
• Ability to handle medium physical work, manage time, stress and conflict, and work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong written and oral communication, presentation to large groups, and ability to keep detailed confidential records
