Enrollment Center Coordinator

About the role

The Enrollment Center Coordinator provides campus‑level leadership, supervision, and operational oversight for admissions and enrollment support staff at West Georgia Technical College. Reporting to the Director of Admissions, this full‑time position ensures a student‑centered enrollment experience and supports the college’s enrollment goals.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily admissions and enrollment activities, including application processing, document verification, orientation, and student communications.
• Oversee staff performance, scheduling, hiring, training, evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Monitor enrollment data, identify barriers, and implement corrective actions to meet enrollment targets.
• Develop campus recruitment plans, build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of related experience (or equivalent experience in lieu of degree).
• Strong supervisory and leadership abilities, with experience in staff development and performance management.
• Knowledge of higher‑education admissions processes, financial‑aid requirements, and FERPA regulations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Banner and BDM (or similar scanning software).
• Skilled in using standard office equipment and computer applications.
• Ability to handle confidential student information in compliance with privacy laws.
