Engineering Project Manager V / Senior Project Manager

About the role

Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering projects for federal clients, ensuring delivery within schedule, budget, and technical requirements. The role involves client interaction, team leadership, and full‑cycle project management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project delivery teams, including designers, reviewers, and subconsultants, and coordinate shared services such as contracting and accounting.
• Manage contracts, scope, schedule, budget, and risk, ensuring compliance and avoiding scope creep.
• Oversee production of design deliverables, quality control, and construction phase services as required.
• Maintain client relationships, provide regular updates, and support business development activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture or related field with PE or RA registration.
• 15+ years of project management experience and at least 5 years of design experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with ability to manage large, complex projects independently.
