Engagement Manager - Client Services

About the role

Infosys is looking for an Engagement Manager to lead client services for its Utilities vertical in St Louis, MO. The role will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving business development, and ensuring delivery excellence across multiple projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and business development, building a portfolio of $30‑50M and owning the full opportunity cycle (prospect, evaluate, propose, close).
• Collaborate with delivery stakeholders to assure fulfillment of all client commitments.
• Create and govern account plans, defining required relationships, opportunities, pricing decisions, and revenue targets.
• Conduct research, competitor analysis, client presentations, estimations, proposals, and negotiations.
• Work with the Delivery Manager to resolve people or infrastructure issues affecting project delivery.
• Balance multiple projects for the client, coordinating across delivery managers and competency units.
• Drive revenue from go‑to‑market solutions sponsored by the business unit.
• Partner with the Solutions Leader to build customized solution pitches and deliver them to the account.
• Make pricing decisions within the Master Services Agreement framework.
• Provide pre‑sales proposal support for new business outside the current account scope.
• Contribute input for future alliances with relevant product vendors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution (or three years of progressive experience per year of education).
• 11+ years of experience, with strong sales and relationship‑management expertise.
• Proven ability to manage a P&L of $30‑50M and drive business development in the utilities sector.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and coordinating delivery across multiple projects.
