End User Sales Representative

About the role

The End User Sales Representative will grow sales for the OEM/Specialty division of 3M's Electrical Markets Division. You will work with distributors, end users, and internal teams to promote 3M products across a multi‑state territory.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an assigned territory, set sales objectives and develop tactics to meet quarterly and annual goals.
• Utilize 3M’s brand and value propositions, social selling tools, and product demonstrations to drive revenue.
• Coordinate territory activities, plan time and resources, and report market conditions and competitive activity.
• Exhibit leadership with accounts and peers, and occasionally mentor other sales representatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, completed before start date.
• Minimum three years of field or channel sales experience, preferably in the Electrical/OEM industry.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to use a company vehicle.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
