Employee Experience Manager

About the role

The Employee Experience Manager leads the College’s efforts to create a high‑performing, inclusive workplace. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this role partners with managers and campus leaders to design and deliver professional development, performance management, and employee engagement programs.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and oversee college‑wide learning, training and professional development initiatives.
• Develop structured onboarding plans (30/60/90‑day) to ensure new‑hire integration and engagement.
• Deliver workshops for supervisors on inclusive leadership, management best practices and team development.
• Coordinate and refine performance appraisal processes, feedback mechanisms and performance metrics.
• Analyze employee engagement data, stay and exit interviews to identify trends and drive improvement plans.
• Create and manage employee recognition programs to support retention.
• Review HR policies for legal compliance and communicate updates campus‑wide.
• Maintain the Human Resources webpage and related materials.
• Collaborate with Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity staff and support broader HR initiatives as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
